Product features:

Kraft K-0222 (low-strength screw-locking adhesive) is a one-component, thixotropic, medium-viscosity, low-strength anaerobic screw-locking adhesive. This bolt-locking adhesive is between two tightly fitting metal surfaces and cures when isolated from air.

Product Application:

Kraft K-0222 anaerobic screw adhesive prevents loosening and leakage of threaded connections. It is used for securing and sealing threaded connections below M12. Prevent thread corrosion. Ideal for adjusting set screws, small diameter fasteners or long threads in applications that require easy removal without twisting the threads.

Instructions for use:

  ① The surface to be painted should be clean, dry and free of grease.

② Apply sufficientamount of glue per screw to fill all the threads. This product works best with a thin layer of adhesive below 0.05mm.

③For extra large threads, a larger gap will affect the curing speed and strength of the product. This product reduces friction (twisting) caused by assembly

torque-voltage ratio). In applications where threads need to be tightened to a critical value, this ratio must be determined in advance.

Precautions during use:

This screw locking glue is not suitable for use on plastic parts, in order to avoid contamination of the original glue liquid, do not pour the poured glue back into the original container.

Security precautions:

This screw locking adhesive contains methacrylate which is irritating to the skin and eyes. If it comes into contact with the skin, wash it immediately with clean water, if it gets into the eyes, rinse them immediately with clean water and go to the hospital for treatment.
